Been on here a little while but having just hit target weight loss (3stone) though it was worth a relaunch of the new me.

I’m 6ft1 and no longer officially over weight yay me!! Although still a nice comfy dad bod.

Also took up running recently so the stamina levels are looking up too.

Anyone for more kilt pics let me know

Well done, I managed to lose 3 stone too a while back. You look great, very sexy.

thanks. It’s been hard work but loving the way I feel and look now (apart from the inevitable aches and pains of middle age - although at least I’m now eligible for a vaccine)

Well done OP - looking great. Hoping to lose some myself, recently started to work on myself. Any tips?

Wife and I use the app LoseIt to track calories, it’s pretty easy to use.

I also upped my exercise, started with free 15 minute workout videos on YouTube, then bought some dumbbells.

eventually started doing couch to 5k, but I’d already lost most of the weight by then and was more about improving stamina for post-lockdown shenanigans

It helps to be on a journey with someone else so you can both encourage/motivate each other x
