Yes - sometimes the clasps can be difficult to put on - I think they are designed to have someone put them on for you.

Just more expensive a shitty customer service, I have 3 necklaces, 2 I bought on their website but the third I actually went to the store, the staff were horrid and completely stuck up, haven’t bought anything since because of the experience. Ow and the clasps are genuinely more fiddly, John has to do them up for me.
