Morning everyone ,

I’ve been here a while so I’m not new but I have really struggled to meet local people and make friends and get into the scene properly.

I’ve only ever met two couples an I’ve been here over a year .

All advice is welcome .

You can pretty much write off 2020 as part of your time here, as it's generally been impossible to meet.

What's changed is that the disproportionately hude differential between single males and others has swollen even more. This puts pressure on men to work your magic differently by making most effective use of the tools that you have available.

For most men it will mean that they must have a profile that sells them equally as well as, or better, than equivalent single men that they are in competitive with. That's the basics being put right. The next part is quicker and easier - it's about deciding what your expectations are. The more realistic they are, the better.

It's pandemic time, so it's going to take some time for this to alter, before it's safer to meet. Clubs and other opportunities should also open up, making it easier to establish yourself as someone with contacts and more opportunities. We don't know how long this piece of string is

You can establish yourself here and invest your efforts wisely by targeted focus.

I’m In no rush and I’m not here to meet and shag everyone but I would be nice to at least have chance to at least chat and show a bit of my personality .
