I've done this for years and absolutely love it. Actually done an art group today.

Have to say that hen parties are the most fun.

You have to be good at holding poses for minutes on end, that's if you're referring to life models for lufe drawing

Bodmin

I spent 4 years at art college doing life drawing classes. Got to know one model very well as she came to student parties and dances. I used to top up my grant by modelling for adult evening classes too. One randy older lady from the class took me to Paris for a long weekend, all expenses paid, ostensibly to study paintings in the galleries there!

I’ve life modelled many times. I’ve a twitter account dedicated to it.

Would happily pose for any artists in the Somerset area.

I'd be up for this if it was genuine and felt professional and safe

I get the impression there be an ulterior motive to these kind of threads? Am I wrong?

I tend to agree with you on most threads like this, but to be fair its not always the case

Sometimes they're just nice and honest with no ulterior motive

was that the right they're? Oh god I hope so....

I occasionally do this at the Hereford art college, quite enjoy it, but the longer poses are a bit of a challenge

I occasionally do a pose for a group for 3 hours with one short break and its killer.
