Profile is a little vague for me, and tho face pics are great, a torso or bum shot can be effective too.

You haven't made any howlers but it's a bit ordinary. There are thousands of guys saying much the same thing. I suggest you flesh it out a bit more with more about you as a person. What do you do with your time? What are your interests? What makes you you? Your profile at the moment has very little personality in it.

Imagine taking the second picture before you ate, it would add something without knowing it. But afterwards you’re smiling in front of dirty plates and other people in the background that can be clearly seen.

That is an example of looking a bit deeper into a profile and the pictures displayed, a few slight changes can make some differences which improve the look at what you’re trying to sell ...yourself
