Do people find it uncomfortable being watched?

My GF loves watching me fuck... she will be happy to play with herself whilst i play with other ladies or couples but we aren’t finding anyone who is happy to be watched and they insist on participation. Is it really that uncomfortable or unusual? I find it such a turn on that she’s watching me.

The thing we find is that couples, or women want my gf to be involved, which is not what she wants, it may develop on the night, but initially her thing is to simply sit and watch me enjoy another woman or couple. A true voyeur getting her kicks seems unusual? No?
