well guy at the top if your based in catterick why not change your location to catterick, surely its costing you meets with people thinking your from sheffield and not local before even opening your mesage, other than that keep at it and make more friends and sure u will get more meets as you have a decent profile, just stick to people who are looking for your age or are the same age as your on the younger side

guy below your pics are terrible, your avatar looks like its from a criminal mugshot with them lines behind you, and the other one is just of your cock, its not really good enough to consistantly get replies

Putting on your profile you've not met anyone that can handle you would be a major turn off for me. People tend to read profiles before messages, if they don't like what they say, they delete message unread.

Your age maybe a factor to some so make sure you're contacting people who are looking for your age group.

Apart from bragging how you're such a handful state what you're looking for, your likes and dislikes, what you bring to the party.

You need to make more of an effort. Being young and in the army isn't enough to impress.

What are you putting as your first message? I don't reply if people put something totally unmemorable like

"Hi, how's you?"

I have 93 unread messages in my inbox, as I'm sure a lot of the single women on here do. Send something witty, or funny as a first message and strike up a conversation. That's my advice.

As for cock pics with lots of pubes, I always have a look at pics before replying - I don't do hair so that would automatically turn me off.

Guy at the top. Your pics are well taken and put you across well enough, but your punctuation and imagination with regards to your text undersell you sadly, so any prospective meets can tell you're in decent shape, but you could have the sexual repertoire of either Lord Byron or Beavis as far as any fair lady is aware.

The guy below, you show a little humility which is good, you just need to expand on your text a little, but in the main a good job on that score. Your pics however don't do you any justice. I'd either look for ladies who specify they prefer hairy men or trim your pubes well back as they don't tend to go down well with the majority of users.

Basically the best tip you can have is to look at profiles of guys who do rather well on here, and see if you can spot WHY they are doing well?

Both profiles lack imagination and the ability to make them stand out from hundreds of others.

Neither is precise in what they seek.

Photo's are better in 1 than the other, but relying on looks only gets you so far.

You have to have summat to back them up - if you don't, there are other good looking blokes that do

and that makes all the difference

Second man - shave your pubes or put them out of sight at least - they will put many off.

I really don't think it's all that hard to get responses or even meets on here - you just have to accept some will be ignored, some will be 'no thanks', some will be maybe (but let's meet for a drink first) and some will be 'yeah c'mon on then, let's meet'

Take each one as they come, treat all with respect and carry on regardless.

Remember this is fun, not a challenge.

Ash, you've had some good advice, and you seem a decent guy, as well as have good looks, and I'd definitely meet.

See if you can get some pics taken by someone else, as self-taken pics often have the person less relaxed, and thus looking a little less approachable. Smiling and seemingly open are great welcoming gestures.

Other than that, as you've possibly seen in these forums, it is a tough one for you single guys. Saying that, knowing a friend from Catterick, it is possible to have an active life via Fab. Having a split location will rule out some meets, due to availability possibly at the wrong times - maybe you could add a calendar onto your profile, stating when you'll be in each location etc?

Make your profile easier to read, it's quite squished up and needs punctuation.

Put a pic of yourself on smiling, yes you are good looking but until you smile you're just another guy sugar.

Sell yourself, not in a big head way, just tell us what makes YOU special above all the other guys on here.

And yes - your location should be actually where you are most of the time.

Ok, I can only agree with the prior advice from other users on the way your profiles are set up.

However, I have been here for 6yrs now and on my 5th profile lol I was exactly the same as you when I first started on fab, putting not very much detail into my profile, and gggrrrrr cock pics as my avatar

As another friendly bit of advice, why not look for a local social event in the forums ?

Also, come into chat and make yourself known (obeying the rules of course !) the more people you chat to, the more chance of a meet you will get.
