You can't create a new forum only admin can do that.

You can start a new thread, which you've already done and respond on other threads.

If you have suggestions for new forum sections post in the site feedback forum

Hi ya. Could you help me please. I created new threads before no problem. Last few days i created one and it lasted few hours then it disappear. I created one last night and it gone in few mins ??

Asking people to contact you off site using another app e.g. Kik, skype ,WhatsApp etc is against forum rules. That's why your threads were removed
