"Hi. We would really like to make a suggestion !!. We think that Essex should be listed as a search area, We live on the Essex and Suffolk border and have to search either South East or East Midlands and a lot of these areas are quite a long way from us. Essex is quite a big county and I think it would be really useful to have it listed..Pretty please...x" Your best bet is to use an advanced search and specify multiple postcodes e.g. CO CB CM SG might cover pretty much the area you want: http://www.fabswingers.com/browse/advanced (To the 2nd poster; like any location search that relies on data users enter, it does need users to have entered correct postcode info and many don't) Admin x | |||

"to admin post . the site has put him in east midlands just like us he isn't anwhere near it .but we are also dumped in the east midlands ! this must be from the postcode .have just used the advanced search again and he doesn't show up . however people who haven't logged on for months do !!" Advanced search ignores the "East Midlands" bit (which we agree is nonsense!) so if you enter the postcode he entered, he will show

"don't mean to hijack the op . but we have posted on other posts on searches and area searches ect . the searches really do not work . won't find a guy living in the same town who was logged in minutes ago with our main intersts on his list . but finds a guy in sheffield hours from us who was online 50 mins ago . the site is great but the searches are not " If you copy + paste the search you're doing and the username we'll have a look (but as above if he's entered different postcode info he won't show) Admin x | |||

We're not defending them, they could be improved in loads of ways and the areas suck but we can't understand your specific problem unless you share more information about what you're trying to do. "a guy who lives in our town with our interests does not show up in any east midlands postcode search . even when he is online ! fab has put him in east midlands when he did is profile . so post code searches that are done for every post code available do not find a guy with our interests living in uor town . how crazy is that . but can still find a guy with the same interests in sheffield who hasn't been loged in for 2 months " We're in danger of going round in circles here. If you post the search you're doing and the username you're expecting to see we might be able to help fix this

I live on the borders of a few postal areas and searching them all can be very time consuming and a huge hassle. Please admin, this site needs a distance search!" This is in the pipeline for this year now we are asking for postcode info e.g. N20 or whatever .

"the point is we don't need your help to find the guy we found . all the relevent searches by interest didn't find him that includes search advanced, search searching all the postcodes in the east midlands where fab has placed him and us even though we are not there . found him by a simple user name search for black . and that search shows only one page of people recently on line ! so now tell us the advanced search works lol . still not a dig at a great site just an expression of over a years experience of searching on a daily basis " We know that you've found him but we'd like to understand why you seemingly can't see him in the "advanced search". At the risk of repeating ourselves, unless you share with us the search you were doing and the username you expected to find (privately if you like) we're unable to look into it... Admin x | |||

If you're just searching for all men in East Midlands you're going to get a shed-load of results and unless he's logged in at the very moment you search he won't be shown (given that results are ordered by recency online and only the top 300 results are returned). This probably explains why you don't see him in there

"no not searching for all men . just black men interested in cuckolding . in all available searches and a guy in the same town not found . the searches do not and haven't ever worked " You can't search for black guys on here so we're a bit puzzled here. Tell you what, if you copy + paste the URL (web address) when you've done the search and are on page 1 of the results we'll have a look (and contact us privately with username)
