How do i find messages from when i joined in dec , they arent in sent messages or inbox etc

I can still see messages from a year ago. But only so many can be viewed. I have to delete more recent messages and the old ones will come back on the bottom of the list.

The person you sent messages to/ received them from may have left the site, so all of their messages will disappear, too.
