cannot access all emails in inbox?

Our mail Page icon shows 12 unread messages. However, we can't access them via the inbox so there are obviously messages that are not showing up.

There doesn't seem to be any way to access additional mail pages so how do we access these emails?

Either delete some of the messages that you have read or don't want,this will bump the unread ones up the page

Or click onto go to next unread message and it will open the messages that hav'nt been read and are lost down the list

Thanks for the advice, I didn't see that button

However, the question - how do I access the remaining read messages remains unanswered?

Anyone?

Just click on one of you existing read messages and you will see the goto next unread message button and the delete and goto next unread message

And if you delete some of your read messages the unread ones will start to come back up the list

This has been brought up before in the site feedback forum. I'm not sure admin have said what if anything they are going to do to improve the mailbox page.
