Say someone we know found out who we are on our profile. We've moved for work and changed location, plus changed name. Is it possible to remove us from there hotlist.

Yes, by blocking them.

Though, should you unblock them in future, you will then re-appear on their hotlist

Delete your profile & start again. Keep your profile hidden.

Once you’ve posted content online, it’s out of your control then. Similarly, if people want to hotlist your account, for whatever reason, they can.

My hotlist is more of a ‘not-list’ so I can be aware of people that I’ve either had problems with in the past or want to avoid. Who I have on my list is not their concern!
