Hidden profile

Having trouble everytime we put a status us it gets cleared a couple hrs after putting it on and our profile gets hidden. The only time our profile dosent get hidden is when we dont put a status on.

Please help, we have already changed our password and that hasnt helped and Im not getting any replies from the "help" in the contact us

A few years ago I had this problem that every status update I put would be cleared after a few hours even though it didn't contain anything that would require admin stepping in. I think it was a glitch and it no longer does it. I know that's probably not very helpful but I hope it gets sorted.

Yes contacted admin, they told me to change my password, which we did and ive also contacted them 2 more rimes but have had no reply

To be fair unless there is a bug they probably have no other advice. There are two of you on the profile, is one doing something on the profile and forgetting to tell the other by any chance?
