How do I contact the site admin?

The people who last viewed my profile won't update. I've checked my settings and everythings showing as normal.

the gym and random places

On main page there is a contact button. Click and it lists questions or you can click contact site admin

Tried renewing our gold site supporter status. Payment seems to have gone through, but no change to profile

My daughter has had 2 profiles on here permanently suspended with no explanation, anyway we can find out why?
