My pal is trying to join the site.... and cant get any access until she photo verifies herself? Is this a new thing? Shes been waiting over 24 hours?? She was using the site.....and then it locked her out?? Can anyone help?

If she's been requested to photo verify (pv) then yes she will have to pv to use the site

It'll need to match the pv criteria and be approved

If she's genuine, why would she have a problem with getting photo verified? It doesn't show anywhere on the profile.

Some people have to upload a PV before joining yes, it isn't compulsory for everyone. Once she uploads and it gets approved she will be able to use the site
