How do you pay by text

How do you pay by text as when i enter the few numbers and the word swing in capitals i just get a message back saying message not sent ...what am i doing wrong or is it my network being an off shure network that wont accept it

Is your network blocking messages to premium numbers? I had to login to Vodafone and deactivate mine
