I had this problem, if viewing on iPad I couldn’t watch videos, simple solution, press home, in the top segment is an option to look at “ mobile web app” press that, you will then be on the mobile phone version, then go into pictures, videos, and you will find then all, also looking at any profiles that have videos, they will appear
