It seems our location is showing that we are in london. We rarely get any messages from cork but lots from london. Help

I do see some people from Ireland popping up on my feed which is for London but it says Dublin. Been ages like that. Wonder what bug it is? Won't help these Ladies in Dublin if their status updates appear only or dually in London.

But there's something odd about your location, because it shows about 170 miles from me, which is about half the actual distance! However, I'm about that distance from London!

Have you been to London recently? Did you put in a London postcode when you were over here? It might be worthwhile setting your location back to UK, and see if you can remove the dummy postcode.

Well spotted. OP you are 230 miles from me and Cork is 400. However London is 230 miles from me.

Sometimes when using wifi, the location can be assigned by a major node on the ISP's network. It shouldn't happen on 4g though.
