Anyone else having trouble loading new pics? Not sure if it's me or the system x

I go to load a pic, choose the pic then click on upload and it goes to an error screen saying this page is unavailable

Have you tried a different browser?

I had trouble uploading loading pics from my phone. Turned out it was the browser I was using (Dolphin)
