Hi guys, my wife is trying to open a new single account for her solo adventures. She’s been awaiting approval since yesterday afternoon and we’ve contacted admin yesterday with no reply.

Could anybody help?

Has she got to photo verify? If so it could be the PV that's not right. Check to see if she is holding the paper with the username and site name on
