I can't post to the Forum from my other profile

So I have a singles profile but it doesn't post anything I try to add to the Forum. I've contacted admin twice now over the space of a few weeks but still the same problem?!

You just need to keep contacting them, my other half had the same problem but it got fixed eventually.

Thank you. I know they rely a lot on volunteers etc but I thought I might have had a message after two or three weeks.
