User account suspended

Please help as admin have not.

We got our good friends to join fabs few days ago. They liked the site and got gold membership straight away. Paid £20 on paypal.

After few hrs i sent them a verification. Now they have been suspended not able to get on site.

They did photo verification last night but still no joy. Only option is to delete account but they loose £20.

What can they do?

Or me as i feel guilty verifying them now as looks my fault

Pretty sure you can’t veri people using the same IP address.

Might have caused the issue.
