I cant reply to anyone or send new messages

Hmm thats odd only thing i could suggest if closing your internet isnt working is either reinstalling your internet app and/or restarting your phone

I am guessing you mean on a different profile as it sounds like you have been disabled. You can still contact Admin from the contact button

On your phone? I thought you meant you can't physically send mails as in a block. See if it will work by turning the phone

I click reply go to type message but as soon as I type just one character then the send message button totally disappears

There is another thread but I just replied to with somebody saying the send button disappears. I had an issue with that years ago and I found turning it into landscape helped, this sounds like it could be something completely different though.

A friend said to type your message then click outbof the message box and the "send message" button miraculously re-appears!

It deffo works for me
