Unable to post in forums

My lady friend rejoined this site 4 weeks ago. She is a gold site supporter, meet verified and photo verified. But still 4 nearly five weeks in she is still unable to post in the forums or be able to put a meet request on her profile. She has contacted admin numerous times and nothing has been done. No one has even shed light what the problem could be. Can anyone advice what the problem is or help please. It’s really frustrating her.

if your friend has contacted admin directly herself and they haven't responded its because they uphold their decision.
