Looking to meet, yet blocked?

I've come across female and couples profiles that are looking to meet TV/CD (and I'm within their age range), yet I can't message or wink them. How does that work?

I don't even think they're aware that they cannot be contacted by some profiles so it seems a real shame. The only option is to like their pics and hopefully catch their attention that way but is there a way around this? Admin?

Maybe they reach out to the people that they are interested in?
