vid won't load

over a year ago

Huddersfield/Barnsley/Sheffield area

tried to add a vid from laptop it's in movie format 30 seconds long

I expected it to load and be cut to 20 seconds

But it just aays loading may take a few minutes then cuts off after about 20 mins

Any help appreciated
