Friend not able to post on forums

Hi a friend of mine has recently rejoined and even tho she has now been on here over 2 weeks she still can't post on the forums. She has contacted admins etc but has had no reply apart from one automated reply a few days ago. She was really wants to be back on the forums as she enjoys the craic on them.

Admin are the only ones who can help, the replies are not automated, Admin read every contact and send a mail that is suited
