Hi, just after a bit of info. We had a message sent to us and got an email notification to say this. When we opened the inbox, the message wasnt there, and also the winks that had been exchanged had gone. Does this mean we have been blocked? Or have they removed their profile? Didnt know if the messages would still be there if they delete themselves from the site.

Both me and hubby both know each other hasn't removed the message so we are a tad puzzled by this as we are new to the site..

Any help would be appreciated xx

If user goes from site or is suspended, their messages go with them

Because of the glitch yesterday, I though I was being hacked and reported someone I’ve been chatted to because their profile was changing to different profiles.

Never reported someone before but is it normal that their profile is banned and our messages deleted? Is there anyway the admin can reverse this and unban them - I think I’ve made a mistake and unfair to that person due to the site having technical issues and being too quick since it’s now fixed
