Webcam problem

Hi

For some reason i can no longer get my cam to work in chat.I can view cams but when i try to activate mine it remains on the Adobe Flash player box and if i try clicking on any of the three boxes at the bottom it is unresponsive.Im using an Imac and on Firefox 70.0 i have also tried chrome too with the same result.I am also on OS Catalina on the mac.In permissions i have tried various settings in permissions etc and have also allowed flash player to be used when asked but still have the problem.Im hoping someone can explain what im not doing right. Regards
