Photo validation?

My friend has set up their account and was verified by a person, and straight away it was locked out requiring a photo validation ?

So they have now submitted their photo for validation

How do they no if the photo was rejected or is still waiting to be processed ??

As it seems to be on the same info page each time they log in

If it hasn't been accepted in an hour or two, assume it's been rejected, take a new photo and try again.
