Is the chat app able to play sound yet. Can’t seem to get and sound on iPhone or Samsung tablet.

No sound on mobile cams. You could use the puffin browser and use the desktop site not the mobile one. You will be able to have sound and as a bonus you will be able to broadcast your cam
