Hi. I recently text to get a code for the silver account. I received to code but it never worked and my phone was charge the £5 for the transaction. And I never got the silver account

Did you check that you don't have certain numbers blocked as this happened to me and once I unblocked strangers on my phone the message and code came through no problem
