Thanks for clarifying. I can't see any reason why you can't use the cam rooms as you've been here long enough. You don't have to be site supporter to type messages there, perhaps you need to contact admin? Bare in mind it will take a couple of days.

The arrow key that points left, bottom right under keyboard. It's a bit like a hook shape. If you are trying to use the mobile chat, it won't work if you aren't a site supporter. You need to access the full site via your browser.
