Can’t send messages

When I try to send a message it’s coming up you can’t send messages try again in a couple of hours the block will be removed ?

Can anyone help please ?

This, the ban usually lasts a few minutes even though it says hours.

Seems unlikely! Unless this has changed, you get a warning, then, if you ignore the warning, you get blocked.
