new forest border

I've just got a new win 10 laptop. Using chrome browser and I've got no sound when in cam room looking at cams.

Volume is set to full and works fine on BBC sounds etc just silent on Fabs.

Where should i start kicking it please?

Previous lappy (win xp) was fine.
