Disappearing sent message

So just messaged a lady with some pics attached including a face pic as requested.

She had not read the message but now I am blocked from seeing her account and my sent message has disappeared so am concerned it was a con to get pics and use them for something.

How can I get my message deleted including the pics deleted when I now cannot access the message!!??

Also now her account cannot be found when I use name search?

They've gone and deleted account. It's a hard lesson but one needed learnt, reason I never send a face pic on here.
