Problem logging in when not at home

Can anyone help,i used to be able to log into fab wherever i was, i haven't changed any settings but now i can only log in when im home.any ideas please. Xx

I’m assuming it’s because the government brought in legislation re porn public viewing and fab is classed as a porn side

All internet providers provide age restricted internet services as an option, including mobile networks. Often the age restrictions on mobile networks get reactivated and need your mobile co to remove them again.

Fab is categorised as over 18, so a call to their helpdesk should get them to remove the block. This is assuming that you're not using your mobile over a wifi network, just on your mobile data connection.

Can you actually get to the website? If you can, what happens when you try to log in - do you get a message or does nothing happen?

I do believe the date for this to be enforced has been postponed.. Please correct me if I'm mistaken

I think the provider blocking the site is probably the cause as mentioned, the uk porn blocks havent happened yet. Vodaphone one turned mine on after and upgrade and i had to call to have them removed I told the I'm a grown ass adult and I want to look at naked people and they removed it.

It's off but I still get the messages from time to time and trouble logging in.

no cant actually get on at all message saying not connected to internet or someth ing.yet i can get on other sites .

At home your mobile is connected to home WiFi.

Out of home it'll be data from your service provider. Almost certainly they have a block on adult content.

This has also happened to friends of mine. If you call your mobile provider or call into one of their shops they can instantly fix it.

It is definitely an adult block from the mobile provider.

It’s a special new page which loads over plain unsecured http and you will see whatever message your internet provider is attempting to show

Copy and paste the link and it will tell you for certain if it is a block.
