Stealth viewing

Hello,

I wonder if someone can help me with a little query I have? So, I view profiles in stealth mode, however more often than not after viewing profiles I receive a message from them? This is happening more and more, I thought it was coincidence to begin with but it just can’t be? My question is, if I’m on someone’s hotlist, do they know I’ve viewed them?

Have the profiles you have been looking at got silver or gold memberships?

What browser are you using and is it from a PC, Laptop, Phone or Tablet please?

Out of curiousity why are you looking in Stealth mode?

Silver and Gold Members can see who have viewed there profiles so all is working correctly as they have paid to be able to see who looks at them.

That over rights stealth or private window viewing sorry.

If you're in stealth mode you don't show on who's looked at me list regardless whether the account is site supporter or not.

Weird case of coincidence maybe? Happened to me a couple of times so I double checked the settings and it was still correct.

You also can't turn it on & off on a whim, there is a time allocation not sure what it is but say you turned stealth off because you wanted to be seen. All those you'd looked at in the last xyz would also see you've looked at them.

I’ve never had stealth mode switched off since joining and only fab my friends pics.

It's probably the odds of a profile finding you going up due to the location you are in being somewhat isolated in comparison to a large city. Not that you in the sticks but if the percentage of swingers is roughly the same wherever you are, then the odds are higher of like minded people finding you if you have certain filters open.

Can do the whole island with our preferences and get less than three figures. We did London the last time we were there and got 300+ within 5 miles.

I think (maybe wrong) but if you click on someone on the forum they see you, we are in stealth most of the time and people look at us who we have looked at on the forum but it doesn’t happen if we look at them in the normal browsing for example in the meets section, must be a little bug in the system ??

No, they still can't see you. However if you do switch your stealth mode off and you're still in the 100 list of the last ones who viewed their profile - then they can see you untill you turn the stealth mode on again. If the profile doesn't get many views you could be on that list for days.

Stealth mode reset itself on our account last week when the system updated. Realised when lots of 'you looked at me' messages arrived.

Check your settings.

If you stay logged in, then log out and in again so the update can take effect.

Have any of them actually said “Thanks for looking at my profile?”

It is probable, especially if you are online, that you are coming up in local searches and so it is coincidence.

I don't think they can but if you are on their hot list they can see you are on line and that may make them message you.

If people are nearby and I like the look of them, I wink. If they wink back, I message.

If you view their profile whilst they are online and they look at the who's looked, whilst your looking, you will show up, so best to look when they're not online lol

Are they people you have messaged/chatted with before? Because even in stealth mode if they are on your friends list they can see when you are online so it may be just that and not because you’ve looked at their profile
