chat room profile no yellow link boxes

When we go onto the chat site we do not have the 3 yellow link boxes, PM, Block and Poke. Did we turn them off somewhere or do they need to be turned on somewhere. We always click anybody to PM us in the appropriate box of choices such anybody, friends etc..

any suggestions????

Because you can't PM or Poke yourself these boxes don't show under your own username. No, you're not the first to ask this, and yes, we intend to change it at some point because it DOES confuse people.
