Delete option - missing

Morning folks it appears the functionality to delete individual messages has gone from my profile.

There used to be a DEL column to the left of the msg with a tick box to allow you to delete individual messages, on my profile this is no longer there, has it gone from anyone else profile, or does anyone know how I get it back? Ive tried logging out and back in again but its still not there.
