Picture verifications time frame

Hi everyone

We are trying to open another account purely for a social gathering group.

We have used another email as recommended and have sent our picture with our new username for the verification.

It said wait up to an hour.

It’s been longer than that.

Would we get an email to say anything or if it’s been rejected please?

Just feel a little frozen about what we can do if that makes sense.

I'm guessing it depends on how many pictures need moderating and how many admin are online to do it. Have some patience, I'm sure it will be done soon enough.

Was just curious as to whether a profile can get rejected if you already have another...?

It is fine to have more than one profile as long as it isn't to deceive.

How long ago since you uploaded it?

In which case it could be just a case of being patient. You could also check if you have written the site name plus the username on the paper and your hands are showing

Yes that’s what the first problem was

Then

It was that we didn’t have our hands showing!

But all sorted by the kind peeps of admin
