Auto removal of pics doesn't work.

I tick the box to automatically remove photos from the message when it's been read.

However it doesn't work on Fabguys or Fabswingers.

Example, a guy read my message 30 minutes ago and my pictures were not removed.

I have to manually remove them each time.

The pics aren't removed immediately, it can take upto 24 hours after the message has been read.

It's supposed to be immediate. When I was on the site on my old profile it was always immediately upon the message being read. It doesn't make sense as a privacy option to just leave them there for 24 hours. The idea is discretion and that they're gone the second the message is read.
