I’ve been trying to set up a couples profile for over 24 hours now. I’ve sent two separate pictures in, one of male and one of female to be photo verified with no luck of it being accepted. I’ve also contacted admin numerous times with no response what so ever.

Questions are how long does Admin take to response? ( I get they are volunteers)

And if I make a single female account can I change it to a couples account. This might be easier thanks you

You both have to be in the photo.

I don’t think you can change type of account but I could be wrong.

Thanks for reply I got told you can send it two separate pictures of you holding the paper but have had no luck being accepted both are getting annoyed as we was looking to arrange a meet next week

admin can take up to 48 hours, longer if it’s busy op
