Upgrade problem

Hello, I text to upgrade, I used the right number and right word and nothing has come back I've checked through the troubleshooting and I've done everything but no text has come back.

Don't be tempted to send for another as it still may come in, if it doesn't turn up you won't be charged

I text again about 5 minutes ago, I looked on my mobile app and I've been charged 10p for each of the texts. So I won't be surprised if 2 codes come through lol
