Reported for not meeting

We've just reported someone for not meeting but I think they've blocked us? Or does that show if we report them?

If you report someone, admin can put a permanent block in place and you can no longer see the user(or them you) in searches ect.

Had you agreed a date and time and they didnt turn up or are they just not meeting?

Try and message them. It will say if they have blocked you/you blocked them/or nothing which is account suspended.
