I'm trying to set up a couple's account with my partner, but I've been stuck with the photo-verification page for the last couple of days since uploading our verification photo.

I can think of a couple of possible reasons it's taking so long.

1) We're registering as a MF couple, but we both look male in the photo. I have a penis and my partner has a vagina, so that seemed like the best fit as there are no trans options for couples.

2) I might have accidentally transgressed the site rules in our description.

I seem to be able to upload more verification photos - although I don't know whether they count towards our verification. I can't seem to go back to edit our description.

Will the photo-verification page change to some kind of notification if our verification is declined? Should I start a new application or do I need to wait?
