Keeps clearing itself.it mend to be every two days. But i much have had to redo it 3 times yesterday and already twice today ?

Can you imagine how long it would take to detail everything to teach individual and wait for a response etc. I'm sure they have better things to do, no good getting angry.

Yes, I know how long it takes, days sometimes. I often help newbies with general advice, cam veris, how to get their cams working etc. Now, multiply that by 100s of messages and you can understand how busy they are. Mine was an example with just one or two new people OP.

It can take 48 hrs for admin to even read a message. It's been around 18 hrs since you started this thread. Your patience needs working on I think lol. It could just be a site glitch, wait and see what happens.
