our email notifications tell us we have new messages but none are showing in our inbox, have tried refreshing and using different browsers, is there a problem?

Change your password on here and linked email address. This could happen if someone is logging in and reading/deleting your mail on here.

messages from new contacts are getting through, but not from people we have previously chatted too. There are at least 10 notificiations we have had today with no corresponding message in our inbox, we do not believe someone is accessing the account. We have watched notification arrive in our email account and had fab open at same time.
