Changing profile from single to a couple

Hiya, my account is currently set up as a single male however I want to add someone else to my profile as we want a couples account. Do we have to set up a new account or can I amend my existing account?

As this profile is veried you will need to start a new couples profile, you can still keep this one if you wish. All you need is a different email address.
