Webcam in Chat

Out and About

Hi all, I've just bought myself a new Chromebook and I can't seem to get the webcam to work in the chat area. It is a built in webcam. Have tried going to the padlock to enable, but there is nothing there. Where you usually enable the webcam in the chat area it just says 'HTML5 cams (v002)'?

Any ideas on how to get it working?
